GROWING DEEP IS A PRACTICE OF LIVING MORE FULLY AS YOURSELF.
Through astrology, coaching, education, and embodied exploration, I create spaces for people to understand themselves and their lives more deeply, question what they’ve assumed to be true, and experiment with what else might be possible. Growing Deep isn’t about arriving at some final, fully realized version of yourself. It’s a practice of staying in relationship with who you are as you change.

PRACTICAL ENOUGH TO WORK WITH WHAT’S REAL.
I’m interested in astrology as a living practice, not simply a system for describing personality or predicting what will happen. A birth chart can offer an incredibly sophisticated map of our patterns, contradictions, desires, developmental edges, timing, and relationship with life—but the interesting part to me is what happens when we actually live that knowledge.
That’s where coaching, embodiment, self-inquiry, spirituality, and practical experimentation enter my work. I’m interested in what happens when insight leaves the page: how it changes a conversation, a boundary, a decision, a relationship, a creative risk, or the way you inhabit an ordinary Tuesday.
I’m mystical, intuitive, and symbolically oriented—and analytical, discerning, and skeptical. I’m interested in what we can’t fully explain without abandoning what we can observe. I can hold grief and existential questions and then swear, laugh, or get incredibly practical five minutes later. I don’t believe spirituality requires abandoning critical thinking, or that intellectual rigor requires abandoning mystery.
WHAT GUIDES MY WORK
PERSONAL AGENCY
I never want my work to make someone more dependent on me, astrology, or any external authority. Working with me should strengthen your relationship with your own discernment—not replace it. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly and expand your capacity to choose for yourself.
DEPTH
I’m interested in what’s underneath the obvious answer: complexity, nuance, pattern, shadow, contradiction, and the places where multiple truths coexist. Depth isn’t about endlessly optimizing yourself. In my experience, deeper understanding liberates more of what’s always been possible inside of you.
INTEGRITY
Integrity to me means intellectual honesty, clear boundaries, accountability, transparency, and a willingness to acknowledge complexity. I take the power dynamics inherent in this work seriously. Having insight into someone’s life does not give me authority over it.
CURIOUSITY
One of my favorite alternatives to judgment. I approach people, patterns, and charts with a spirit of investigation rather than certainty. What happens if we look here? What might this pattern be protecting? What else could this mean?

MY ASTROLOGY APPROACH
My astrology practice brings together Hellenistic astrology, archetypal and psychological astrology, and years of professional coaching. I primarily use the Hellenistic tradition for chart interpretation and timing techniques, while my archetypal background informs how I explore the lived, psychological, and embodied experience of the chart.
I approach astrology as a tool for participation rather than prediction alone. Even when a transit or season feels difficult, I’m interested in what it reveals, what it asks of us, and where greater awareness creates more room for choice. The chart describes conditions and patterns; what we do with them remains part of the conversation.
MY COACHING APPROACH
My coaching practice is integrative rather than rooted in a single methodology. I draw from years of professional coaching, embodied and somatic practice, intuitive inquiry, and my earlier training in healthcare, ethics, and client care.
I approach coaching as a collaborative process rather than a prescriptive one. I don’t coach any two clients the same way or follow a predetermined program. The shape of our work, the tools I draw from, and the way I support and challenge you are adapted to who you are, what you need, and what we’re working with.
We pay attention to patterns, contradictions, relationships, and what’s happening in real time, then work with what you discover through reflection, experimentation, and action. My role isn’t to tell you what your life should look like, but to help you understand what’s here, clarify what matters to you, and expand your capacity to choose what you want to do with it.
